BLOCK COLOUR is part of the creative output from Heidi and Emrys Plant. 

Pin-balling their way through the artistic landscape as artists, designers, poets, lovers and thieves. Their projects search to display an integrity and honesty to ideas, materials and process. Having worked in fashion and art for the last 10 years they've learned a lot and laughed a lot and are excited to feel like their best work is just getting started.

BLOCK COLOUR is a simple visual balance, a calm aesthetic poetry wrapped up in narratives that add print and colour variations to style constants.

Hand screen printed in-house onto organic cotton, using recycled silks, wool and leather, all sewn up in a studio by the sea. Its a good way to be.

BLOCK COLOUR IS GREEN

We're trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This is not easy and we are far from perfect but this is how we do it:

• all our cotton is organic and fairwear certified
• we use roll end fabrics and remnants, it makes our products limited and uses up some really good fabrics that would otherwise be wasted 
• we use water based printing inks instead of stinking oil based ones. 
• we recycle everything we can, use paper and packaging from sustainable sources
